any conflict c
an be avoided!
In NZ there is a moral and legal obligation to provide for your children. This obligation continues whether or not they are successful or have the means to care for themselves. The obligation relates to "your relationship with them" not "their capacity to provide for themselves".
A letter from you the parent or the testator (male) testatrix (female) setting out why you have given different shares to different children will clarify for your Executors and Trustees the reason for your decision.
We can help you to avoid the risk of your Will being questioned (contested) by the Court.
